Preparedness Consulting Group is comprised of current and former Law Enforcement professionals that remain true to our oaths taken. Our group members also include an honorably discharged member of the US Army and a knowledgeable medical practitioner.
Preparedness Consulting Group is a small business registered in North Carolina and accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Preparedness Consulting Group was formed in 2013 by Ed Gulka. Ed is a full time law enforcement professional with one of the United States largest metropolitan police agencies. With over 14 years of sworn law enforcement experience Ed brings a unique perspective in crime prevention and preparedness to our clients. Ed’s first exposure to emergency preparedness as a youth was as a member of the Civil Air Patrol. Ed has responded to local and regional personal, natural and man-made disasters. It is through these experiences, continued education and practical experience that enable Ed and the group members of Preparedness Consulting Group to ensure you have a plan.
