We do not share your email address or personal information with anyone!

For each visitor to Preparedness Consulting Group, LLC, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s IP address, but NOT the e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address from consumers who purchase from us or those that fill out forms requesting additional contact from PCG.  We also collect your required identifiable information when purchasing from our store, commenting on our blog or when shared through social media; for the purpose of communicating order information, including status updates, shipping and tracking information, etc. The e-mail address provided during check-out will NEVER be shared with third-parties.

We capture the e-mail address of those who opt-in to our e-mail list. This e-mail address will be used for marketing purposes, including safety tips, self-defense news, product reviews and specials. If at any time you no longer want to receive e-mails from us, please let us know by unsubscribing or sending us an e-mail requesting to be removed from the list.  Most requests will be honored within4-36hours.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart. If you supply us with your telephone number we will only use it to contact you if we have questions regarding an order you have placed. We DO NOT share your information with anyone.

Site Certification tests our servers to ensure compliance with credit card companies’ PCI Data Security Standards. First Data Site Certification is the industry standard test and is accepted by the following credit card companies: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Personal Identifying information obtained from or on our clients during any consultation services will be returned or destroyed upon the conclusion of the consultation service provided.  Client names, contact information and service provided will be retained in a secure storage system.
